Halloween at Glen Echo
This year, the Saturday dance closest to Halloween fell on October 27, four days before the actual event. Alas, not very many people dressed for the occasion. However, the Tom Cunningham Orchestra did a fantastic job to raise the "spirits" of the crowd and chase away some of the "goblins" from the 9-11 tragedy. The band sounded very good and there was a very large crowd.
